Toby Wolford is a Mortgage Consultant for Countybank Mortgage. He joined the team in April 2023 and has more than 20 years of experience in mortgage lending. Toby has experience helping borrowers from first-time homebuyers to repeat clients that have purchased several homes. He is skilled in various loan programs, including fixed- and adjustable-rate loans, government loans, high-net-worth clients, home equity lines of credit, jumbo loans, lending to multicultural borrowers, lower-to-moderate-income clients, self employed borrowers, and third-party affordable housing assistance programs.
